Scope Of Work
Fulginiti Pavilion for Bioethics and Humanities provides specialized space for addressing current ethical issues in health care. The 19,475 sq. ft. facility on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus consists of a 2,000 sq. ft. round amphitheater with 120 seats, a 1,000 sq. ft. art gallery, faculty offices and conference rooms.
Phase 2 work continued where Phase 1 work left off, completing the project beginning at the existing aluminum wall system, exterior uninsulated back-up wall, exposed foundation walls and exposed roof deck. Work included the extension of and new work to building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire detection and protection; low-voltage systems; interior construction including walls, floors, ceilings, railings, doors/frames and interior finishes; and elevator controls. The buildingĀ is LEEDĀ Gold certified.
