Willdan worked collaboratively with BSA Hospital to develop a comprehensive master plan for the facility’s aging support systems and energy consuming assets for over 1M sq. ft. of facilities. The master plan ensures that any future facility support system solution that BSA Hospital invests in will set the facility’s long-term budget and infrastructure in a practical, cost-effective, and well-planned position. For the first phase of work, Willdan was able to fully design a solution for their failing boiler plant that fit within the context of the overall central plant master plan to ensure a long-term, sustainable solution.
