Scope Of Work
The main focus of the project was to remove and replace the entire roofing system (including decking) as well as the entire siding assembly for 4 main lodges. In doing so, the entire MEP systems were replaced and finishes were re-constructed. The project also included modifications to the existing covered walkways. The project required significant coordination between scopes to ensure the proper sequencing.
