Scope Of Work
48,000sf addition and 26,000sf renovation of a fully functional detention facility. The project included precast concrete construction, detention security systems and UPS backup systems. Renovation work had to be closely coordinated with the owner as to not disturb the functionality of the facility. Burkwood also self-performed the concrete and masonry scopes of work for the project.
