Scope Of Work
As A&R Bulk Pak business grew, more space to handle materials from customers for repackaging to shipping was necessary. Thompson Turner Construction worked closely with the owner to develop the scope of work and make adjustments in order to ensure that the Phase 2 expansion was well-suited for the growing operation.
The work scope included attaching the new facility to the existing space and creating 75,000 SF of packaging and warehousing space.
Also included was a new electrical service to the building to create a better power system for this new addition, future equipment, and ultimately, a final phase 3 proposed addition of this project.
