Scope Of Work
The Minisink Swimming Pool Complex owned by Arrowhead Lake Community Association made renovations to their existing main and kiddie pools. The project disciplines included in the above mentioned project are the following:
- General Construction
- Concrete
- Earthwork
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Pool Construction
Within these main areas the project was focused on the following:
- Removal and replacement of the existing concrete (installed 8,000 square feet of new 4" thick concrete decking around the pool).
- Removal and replacement of water line tile, coping stones, and expired VGB main drain cover.
- Water & Sandblasted pool shell.
- Applied Bond-Kote on prepped pool shell.
- Re-plastered pool with Tier 1 - Quartz Plaster.
- Installed new skid resistant depth markers and new Neptune Benson Filters and Manifold.
- Rearranged equipment room to accommodate new equipment.
- Excavated to allow new skimmer, return, and main drain pipping, etc.
- Installed new pool light conduit, wiring, and grounding.
