Scope Of Work
Cedar Beach Pool consists of a single pool built in 1951 with a posted bather load of 780. Current renovations consist of a new pool floor, drain lines, gutter overflow system, return water lines, updated pump room equipment, ADA accommodation, and precautions need to be put in place to account for flooding. Updated water features, slides and climbing walls will also be included in this work.
Mack Pool consists of three (3) pools built in 1962 with a posted bather load of 920. Renovations to the equipment room consist of a new filtration system and equipment.
