Scope Of Work
GOJO has occupied the facility since the year 2000, moving in after a complete building renovation occurring in 1999. GOJO completely remodeled and updated the entire building down to the shell, and what exists today is a modern, inviting, and collaborative design that houses their international office, design, and research headquarters. The company currently occupies 173,469 square feet out of the 212,179 square foot facility, which is ideal due to their desire to continue growth. There are currently four other tenants occupying a minority portion of the property (18.24%), which are Hahn, Loeser & Parks, LLP; Meaden & Moore, LLP; Earthlink Communications; and Robert Half International.
