Scope Of Work
Products Used: Johnsonite, Altro, Roppe, Ardex. More than 50 diferent looring products and 176,000-plus lineal feet of hand-cut seams in linoleum patterns and insets. Raised access looring with under loor air delivery. Carpet with recycled content and backing made from recycled soda bottles.
Other Services Provided: Recycled ly ash used in the concrete mix created challenging installation. consultation on looring products.
Description: Project is irst Platinum health care facility in U.S. and one of only a few worldwide. Intertech helped the hospital earn additional points by choosing looring adhesives with very low or zero volatile organic content. For most areas, Intertech installed a natural linoleum loor applied with green label.
