Scope Of Work
Aria Resort & Casino is the crown jewel centerpiece of CityCenter Las Vegas, a major urban mixed-use project. This stunning AAA Five Diamond resort features striking architecture, sustainable design, breathtaking outdoor spaces, spectacular amenities, high-end restaurants, a spa, meeting and convention space, and is home to Cirque de Soleil.
Landscape Development:
BrightView provided landscape development services on the project-- including the pools, spas, irrigation, and planting. One unique aspect of this project was the access constraints and schedule milestones that required that all of the major trees be installed while tower cranes were available on site. This resulted in trees being installed in temporary beds with the planter walls being installed afterwards.
