Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of downtown Austin, with views of the capitol on one side and Lady Bird Lake on the other, sits the newly developed Austin Central Library. With six floors, 200,000 square feet and literal 3rd and 4th floor wrap around porches that provide sweeping views of the Austin skyline, the river, and Hill country you feel like you’re part of the landscape. Built with the ability to flex and evolve with changing technology and a purpose around building community, Austin Central Library is a stunning remaster of the Library of the Future.
