Scope Of Work
This project builds out 41,700 SF of shelled space on Banner Ironwood’s 4th and 5th floors. The 4th floor includes 12 MOSU beds with support space and the 5th floor includes 24 Med-Surg beds with support space. This project also includes an additional CT scanner, a second staff elevator, new AHU and expanded central plant, and new 271-space parking lot.
