Scope Of Work
The 137,000 SF, 24-hour care facility is comprised of four 26,000 SF single-story patient buildings, each housing 30 private rooms. Each patient building contains living, dining, activity, and country kitchen spaces. The administration building features a rehabilitation facility, central kitchen, great rooms, community room, café, library, gift shop, and outdoor courtyard space.
