Scope Of Work

VCC was responsible for constructing The Allen & William Arnold Elementary School, a new, state-of-the-art academic facility with a unique floor plan. The school consists of four classroom wings and a colonnade through the center of the building so that each classroom has exterior windows to allow for natural lighting. The school has approximately three dozen classrooms, a library, cafeteria with a stage and a cooking kitchen, a gymnasium, specialty instructional classrooms, offices and support spaces for the staff. Completing a government-funded project with special construction details catered to elementary-age children was key on this project, and VCC accomplished the client’s goals.
