Scope Of Work

VCC has partnered with AMC to build their theaters all across the country. Each one of the newly constructed AMC theaters has brought a new energy to the community and its residents. The AMC at Burbank Entertainment Village was our first new construction project with the AMC team. This AMC theater transformed a six-block area into an enormous entertainment and retail centerpiece for downtown Burbank. We have successfully completed AMC projects in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Florida, Washington and Virginia. From new construction, to renovations and redevelopments, our team knows what it takes to complete these projects on-time and on-budget.

AMC FIESTA SQUARE

The AMC Fiesta Square was a complete renovation of the existing 47,500 square foot theater. The renovations were completed in two phases and the theater remained operable throughout the entire construction. Our team completed upgraded finishes to all theaters and common spaces, and added a bar and lounge to the project. Public safety was of upmost importance during construction, and our team is proud to have completed these renovations seamlessly while working closely with both the owner and architect teams.
