Scope Of Work
VCC completed phase 2 construction on the 75,000 square foot retail center in Holly Springs, North Carolina. It consisted of new construction on 2 of the junior anchors (BBB and DSW) with 7 sub-divided tenants. Over 3 separate buildings, VCC worked closely with the owner and architect teams to complete construction on an accelerated schedule. Construction was cold dark shell utilizing tilt panel construction with cast in thin brick facade along with EIFS cornices.
