Scope Of Work

Laundromat Fit-Out

General & plumbing contractor overseeing electrical, framing/drywall and HVAC work

Plumbing scope includes:

• Excavation, backfill and compaction
• Furnished and installed the following:
  • PVC above and below slab for sanitary waste and vent piping
  • Domestic water piping, main and branch lines
  • Thermal pipe high-density fiberglass insulation
  • Black steel natural gas piping, valves, fittings, and hangers
  • Natural gas regulators
  • Sanitary sewer connection on exterior of building at existing manhole
  • Flush system and sterilize domestic water piping
  • Fiberglass pipe insulation on all domestic water piping, hot, cold, and recirculation
  • Storm piping repairs at the back of the warehouse building
    •  2" Zone backflow prevention device with airgap fittings, drains, hangers and supplies
    • Boiler systems with one holding tank
  • Pumps, controls, aquastats
  • Floor drains with traps
  • In floor & in wall clean outs
  • RPZ back flow preventers & certification
  • (2) new 2" water service, originating on exterior of building
  • Interior domestic water mains & branch lines
  • Vent through roof
  • All Fixtures & faucets as per plans
  • Mop sink & faucets
  • Floor sinks & indirect waste piping
  • All valves, fittings & piping
  • Hangers & supports
  • Piping I.D. markings
  • Natural gas piping to all gas-fired equipment including water heaters, dryers, furnaces
  • PVC condensate discharge originating at the furnace unit and discharging to standpipes in the mechanical room
  • Sanitary pipe to extend 5 feet outside of the foundation wall and connect to new sewer
  • Natural gas regulators installed for all gas-fired equipment
  • Water service supplying the building
  • Connect to existing domestic water from bathroom groups
  • Separate Sewer to service the warehouse
  • Separate Gas to service the warehouse
