Bringing together visitors and patrons to celebrate a legacy.??The Ronald Reagan Library and Presidential Museum in Simi Valley is a collection of one of America's most iconic presidents. It houses the only jet in reserve to serve as Air Force One (the original jet that served 9 US Presidents) and hosts approx. one million visitors a year. One of its most dramatic wings is also its busiest. The 90,000 s/f Air Force One pavilion not only houses the iconic Boeing 727, it serves as a banquet hall and facilities meeting hall. The original coatings finish took a harsh beating under the heavy foot traffic, constant set up and tear down of banquet tables and chairs, and showed much wear, tear, and dulled finish from scratches and gouges. Re coating was the anticipated maintenance for this facility, but they were shown another alternative in polished concrete that not only delivered the gloss and desired shine, but proved to be the solution for the type of use the facility endures.
