Scope Of Work
The new 83-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Mason City opened in May 2016 and was named a WORKSAFE jobsite. By partnering with Iowa OSHA Consultation and Master Builders of Iowa, the project promoted, trained, and recognized best safety practices on the jobsite.
Dean Snyder Construction was the Construction Manager on the project. Included with the hotel are two retail spaces, one of which is Caribou Coffee featuring Einstein Bros. Bagels.
The Hampton Inn & Suites allows guests to rest easy with guest room amenities including the Hampton Clean & Fresh Bed, plush comforter, choice of pillows and flat screen television. Guests also enjoy complimentary hot breakfast daily, free wireless internet access, 24-hour business center, indoor pool, and fitness center.
