Scope Of Work
Located within a constricted site and sitting on drilled piers, this new construction of additional square footage to an existing facility lies in the heart of UNM campus.
The facility provides space on four floors (including the basement and mechanical penthouse) for three state-of-the-art teaching science laboratories for Organic Chemistry and Earth and Planetary Sciences, eleven offices for faculty, support offices and storage.

The Association of General Contractors (AGC) of New Mexico announced that UNM’s Science & Math Learning Center (SMLC) Phase II project is due to receive the 2016 Best Building Award for projects between $2.5 and $5 million.
