Scope Of Work
In 2019, MKS and Albion College forged a relationship through a mutual friend, which lead to the development and construction of the Serra Dow Recreation & Wellness Center. Albion alumnus, Joe Serra, played a large part in making this expansion possible, hence the dedicated name. Serra made a generous donation that kickstarted the fundraising efforts toward the new, 11,000 square-foot expansion. This expansion includes a full fitness center, weight room, smoothie bar, study spaces, a conference room, and multipurpose room.
