Jacobson Companies, Inc.

In March of 1971… Don and Larry Jacobson founded Jacobson Realty and Development, which is now known as Jacobson Homes division of Jacobson Companies.  The company was originally formed for real estate sales and land development but quickly added home building to its scope of activities.  Jacobson Realty and Development became the Jacobson Companies in 1977 and the became The Jacobson Companies, Inc. in 1996.

Over the years, Jacobson Companies has developed many of the premier neighborhoods in Yuma, including Vista Del Valle, Villa Cordova, Sunset Mesa, and Del Valle Terrace.   Since 1971, we’ve built well over 3000 homes in Yuma County.  Today, we are proud to continue our involvement in Yuma with planned communities such as Yuma East Estates, Villa Chaparral, and Cielo Verde.  We’ve opened new phases in both Cielo Verde and Yuma East this year.
