Job Summary:
This project included the construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. CMU/metal roof day care facility with commercial kitchen, parking area, utilities including lift station, landscaping and irrigation, and fencing. The soils on this project required over excavation, fill and compaction. Due to the remote location, all fill, concrete and other materials had to be trucked in an excess of 50 miles. We worked with the architects and engineers on this project to adjust the elevations throughout to minimize the impact of the excavation and import in order to keep the project on budget.
