Our Story
Tobacco Rose Farm Construction & Development Services, Inc. was established in 2005 by Shelia and Greg Baker as an erosion control specialty company working on projects Lexington Kentucky. Greg Baker was instrumental to the process of developing procedures for erosion control as mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency. As an invited consultant, Greg helped set the standards for what is now the Kentucky Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Program (EPSC). From those small local beginnings our scope of activities has grown to include the entire States of Kentucky and Tennessee.
