Scope Of Work
Design-build project featuring fast-track construction in the basement level of a 4 story historic building in Philadelphia.
Our design features three packaged custom rooftop air conditioning systems capable of providing 100% outside air.
Systems are ducted through 4 stories of parking garage into the space, and are linked with a 3-stage exhaust system to maintain proper space temperature and pressurization.
