Scope Of Work
Dobie 21 is a downtown building consisting of three lower levels of commercial real estate and a 27 story tower of student housing. Our scope was to install cameras throughout the property and create a command center where security could maximize the benefit of the additional electronic surveillance.
This project was given to us at the last minute with a weeks notice. We put together a plan, a bid, and a team and started work immediately. We completed the project on time, and came 70k under our nearest competitor.
In addition to the 48 channels of surveillance covering the retail, student housing, and elevator cabs, we also designed a network infrastructure consisting of both wired and wireless technology that expanded the coverage area of the surveillance system to the entire building and the detached fitness facility.
The customer was delighted to save 70k, finish on time, under budget, and present their security staff with a state of the art surveillance system.
