Scope Of Work
Beaufont Oaks was a 64 unit affordable housing initiative located in Richmond, Virginia. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms and the installation of energy efficient lighting, appliances and low flow consumption water closets. Other highlighted work consisted of a the installation of energy efficient Low E windows, a complete HVAC upgrade, and a complete siding replacement. A roof replacement was also undertaken, as well as an extensive rehab to the existing management office and community room. General site improvements (landscaping, etc.) were also completed.
