Scope Of Work
London Oaks was a 288 unit affordable housing initiative located in Portsmouth, Virginia. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms and the installation of energy efficient lighting, appliances, and low flow consumption water closets. Additional work consisted of the installation of energy efficient Low E windows, a complete energy efficient HVAC upgrade, new siding to the building and a complete roof replacement. The job also undertook an extensive rehab to the existing management office, fitness center and community room. General site improvements (repair of walks and curbs, new asphalt paving, landscaping, etc.) were also completed.
