Scope Of Work
Augustana Homes was a 188 unit affordable housing initiative located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Interior/common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of energy efficient lighting, appliances and low flow consumption water closets. Other highlighted areas of the project consisted of a state of the art elevator modernization, a complete security system upgrade, as well as an extensive rehab to the existing leasing office, community room, fitness center, lobby, and security offices. HVAC systems and boilers were also upgraded. From an exterior standpoint, energy efficient Low E windows were installed, a new roof was constructed, and a major facade restoration was undertaken. General site improvements (repair of walks and curbs, new asphalt parking lot, and energy efficient exterior lighting upgrades) were also completed.
