Scope Of Work
Branford Manor was a 240 unit affordable housing initiative located in Clearwater, Florida. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of energy efficient lighting, appliances and low flow consumption water closets. Additional work consisted of a state of the complete replacement of the properties existing mechanical equipment, installing brand new boilers and controls, as well as the construction of a new management office and resident service building. From an exterior standpoint, beautifully appointed Hardi siding was installed along with energy efficient vinyl windows. The property received quite a transformation.
