Scope Of Work
Federation Towers is a 114 unit affordable housing initiative located in Miami, Florida. Interior and common area work consisted of the complete renovation and modernization of unit kitchens and bathrooms including new cabinets and countertops, electrical panel and arc fault breakers, energy efficient lighting, HVAC units, appliances along with new flooring throughout. ETC also significantly upgraded the buildings existing cable and internet services, replaced the roof, and performed other ancillary but value add improvements to the property.
