Elkins Construction LLC

Carson joined Elkins Construction in 2015 as the Vice President in charge of General Counsel. Growing up in his family’s construction business, Carson has always enjoyed working beside his father, Wayne McCall and uncle, Myron McCall. A graduate of the University of Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, followed up by attending law school. Carson earned his Juris Doctorate and is a member of the Florida Bar. Carson is a certified general contractor in Florida, Georgia, Alabama is also a LEED AP BD+C. He also serves as General Counsel for Elkins’ sister company, Perry-McCall Construction, Inc. Carson and his lovely wife, Alex enjoy fishing, traveling, and Gator football.

With 30 years of experience, Wayne presently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Elkins Construction. He has an extensive resume of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects to his credit, and serves as senior project executive on several ongoing projects.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. He lives in Fruit Cove, Florida, and is involved in his local church and in numerous charitable organizations throughout the region. Wayne has been married to his wife Colleen for thirty years. The couple has two sons, Heath and Carson, who are also involved in the family construction business.
