Bill Purvis's Bio
As Senior Manager of Technical Development and Engineering, Bill is responsible for managing solar projects in both the feasibility and preliminary layout stages as well as seeing them through to project closeout and commissioning for the sites. He serves as the point-of-contact for on-site construction administration and assists with the company’s goals of implementing the newest technology and methods in the industry. Bill takes pride is his ability to problem solve and create financially feasible and realistic solutions for challenges throughout the project.
?Prior to joining Infiniti Energy Services, Bill managed a team of engineers and served as lead consultant for some of the largest solar EPC organizations. He has been involved with more than 500MW of solar PV and has been working in the solar industry for 10 years now.
Luke Childs's Bio
Infiniti Energy Services’ solar expert, Luke Childs, has done it all when it comes to PV power. His extensive experience includes engineering, development, management and operations of projects from large and small, including over 50 solar farms and over 200 major rooftop, canopy and ground mount systems. From concept through EPC, from PV panels to fuel cells and battery back-ups, Luke’s comprehensive expertise is second-to-none in the industry.
Before joining IES, Luke spent more than ten years as East Coast project engineer, operations and assisted O & M team for the world’s largest renewable energy company. Clients ranging from municipal power providers to high schools and colleges, Luke engineered the top retailers such as Walmart, Macy’s, Walgreens, Kohl’s, Lord & Taylor and AT&T. Luke also developed, engineered and managed the Global companies MA solar farm projects including attending township meetings and executing construction budgets.
Michael Kushner's Bio
Michael is responsible for Operations at Infiniti Energy Services. He leads the project management staff to ensure all initiatives are completed on time and on budget, while focusing on safety of all construction team members and quality of all installations. He is involved in project strategy formulation during project development, as well as strategy implementation through completion.
Michael has more than 10 years of experience in managing operations in the residential, commercial and renewable energy sectors. Before joining Infiniti Energy Services, Michael held an east coast regional operations manager position with SunEdison, where he successfully managed the development, execution and installation of more than 50MW in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland and Georgia. He also held the position of Director of Construction at Pro-Tech Energy Solutions, LLC for two and half years. During this time, he oversaw a project management and construction staff of twenty, while they successfully installed and interconnected over 120MWs of commercial and utility projects throughout the East Coast.
Thomas Loredo's Bio
Thomas manages new business origination and development for Infiniti’s commercial and industrial clients. He has served in various senior management positions for both national and international solar development companies that serviced the C&I, utility, and residential sectors. Thomas has been in solar since 2008. Prior to that, he was president of a commercial general contracting company that built in both the public and private markets.

I have worked in the solar industry for over eight years, ultimately gaining experience in sales management, project management, expanding territories, solar loan financing and business development. As a business developer for the solar industry, I am adept at fostering both new and existing relationships for my organization.
I pride myself in bringing 100% to the work that I perform. Working within the solar community to develop new markets while maintaining strong, long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all partners within the organization is key to growth in the solar industry.
I believe that small changes can add up to big improvements. It is my hope that my professional efforts will support and help grow sustainable energy production to businesses and homes.

Michael entered the solar industry specializing in solar farm civil work, completing dozens of rooftop, ground mount and canopy projects. He created Infiniti Energy Services by drawing on his expertise in all aspects of development, financing, engineering, permitting, construction, maintenance and operation, and recruiting a team of top solar professionals all with one purpose in mind: To provide customers the best full-service solar PV energy solutions possible.
