Scope Of Work
Gilbane developed Bixby on College, a 107-unit/383-bed student housing community that consists of fully-furnished apartments that feature walk-in closets, in-unit washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV.
The Details
Interior amenities include a clubhouse, computer lab, fitness center, 24-hour study rooms, and gaming area. The open-air interior courtyard features a swimming pool, hammock lounge, BBQ grilling area, fit pit and seating areas.
The community includes approximately 14,500 square feet of commercial space located on the first floor of the building fronting College Avenue and Keowee Trail. The project is pet-friendly and has plenty of car and bicycle parking.
Bixby on College opened for occupancy in August of 2022.
