Gilbane is developing Sovren, a five-story community that features 293 apartments above approximately 2,500 SF of retail. It is located on an eight-acre parcel located at Ager Road and Little Branch Run, adjoining the local Washington Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Metro Station and the Northwest Branch Anacostia River.
