Scope Of Work
The approximately 280,000 SF building is eight stories, and includes ground floor retail and 44 structured parking spaces. Each residential unit is apartment-style and fully-furnished with living room, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV. The vast majority of bedrooms and bathrooms will be private (95%), and the remaining shared between two roommates.
The Details
The project features a robust amenities package which includes a clubroom, fitness center, computer lounge, study rooms, game room, and amenity terrace (which collectively includes a grilling area and other outdoor amenities such as a bocce court).
