Scope Of Work

Construction and Deep Clean of 150,000 plus sqare foot retail facility.  We came in and provided 24 trained cleaners to turn over 75% of the project in one night.  The site was a remodel, so we needed remove basic construction dust, but also required that we deep cleaned months of built up dust, dirt and grime, that were missed from their existing janitorial service.  The customer was excited, because they had all but accepted that their facility would be far below their expectations for their grand re-opening, but to their surprise, we exceeded their expectations.
