We are a family owned Heating and Air company in the Gilbert and East Valley area.  About seven years ago we relocated from Sacramento and decided to expand our company here in Arizona.  As a small business we provide economical prices, dynamic customer service, and integrity in our work. Because of this we have obtained committed customers and business relationship that appreciate the invaluable quality of service we provide. Also, we have a streamlined organized process that provides are customers, and business partners the convenience and courtesy of knowing where we are in the scope of the project. Here at K&K we believe  that if we are honest, courteous,  competitive, easy to get a hold of, and communicate effectively, our customers will stay with us for generations to come.

K&K has been in business for over 15 years, it is a family owned business in which case  allows us to be competitive in our costs; unlike other larger heating and air companies, our customers pay primarily for the cost of materials and reasonable labor, along with guaranteed work and excellent customer service. K&K also believes in giving back to our local community; we sponsor youth sports teams, partner with community charities and non profits and religious organizations, etc. We are fully licensed and bonded.
