SCOPE
TRANE 10 TON 14 SEER PACKAGED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM 208-230V/3-PHASE; STANDARD EFFICIENCY

THERMOSTAT: WI-FI ECOBEE
* Install (2) 10-ton Package Unit
* Install Spiral Ducting in Gym with Registers for both units
* Cut in New Return with Return Grills
* Electrical Whip with 3 Phase Fused Disconnect Box
* Run thermostat wire and Install New Thermostats
* (MPU) Main Panel Upgrade with New Breakers for Both Systems.
* Run Electrical Wiring to Rooftop and through the back of stairs to other side where 2nd unit will be installed.
* Seal all penetrations made for ductwork water tight, the existing openings (window) are made out of ply wood. We will be installing something more weatherproof.. possibly sheet metal transition.
* Crane rental

Solutions? We troubleshooted adjusted the layout so that it was aesthetically pleasing (ducting)
Customer loved the finished work, and rehired us for some HVAC chang-outs for their offices.
