The reconstruction of a Moonstruck interior retail/?café located in the trendy Nob Hill District in Portland, Oregon.
Moonstruck, Portland’s own favorite chocolatier, made a positive out of the misfortune of a gas explosion in NW Portland in 2016. Their prime retail location was a total loss, but with the assistance of Siteworks, they used it as an opportunity to re-invent their customer experience. Using the design-build model, Siteworks was able to execute a comprehensive, high-caliber design solution, along with a complete tenant improvement build-out, while operating on a compressed schedule.
