The Morganti/Thomason-Stevens Joint Venture completed this $34,000,000 5-story mid-rise in the heart of downtown Stamford, CT. The brick covered residential high-rise consisted of 146 luxury condominiums in one building with retail and commercial spaces and 2-story underground parking garage with each unit containing high end finishes and complex millwork.
