Scope Of Work
Luxurious is the single defining word for Phenix's 5,000+ square feet. Multiple suites designed for individual tenants with custom plaster finishes, bullnose arches, and an average of 35 sinks per build. A testimony to our project management skills especially given 5 of these projects was rolled out in one year over two states.
