Scope Of Work
In November 2014, the Midland Convention Center began working on development plans for the renovation of the current facility to expand and improve the event space. The new Convention Center doubles the original space to 20,000 SF of Exhibit Hall Space and adds 3,000 SF of small meeting space and 6,000 SF of large meeting space. In addition, the lobby and pre-function spaces are expanded and the kitchen will be upgraded and expanded. State of the art audio/visual and technology capabilities will be featured throughout the space and multiple large and small events will be able to occur simultaneously.
