Scope Of Work
This project is an 80,000-SF new middle school for Lake Dallas ISD that encompasses a 2-story classroom ring design; 2 gymnasiums, one that is designated for practice and physical education and another that is designated for competitions. In addition to new classrooms and gyms, the project includes new locker rooms and a new cafetorium with a stage area. This project was constructed of structural steel and metal stud framing, in combination with brick and exterior metal fascia.
