This project was a design build, so it had a good amount of challenges. One of the more difficult phases of the project was the irrigation system design. When we received the design from Dramm, there had been a miscommunication between customer and provider. We ran a looped irrigation system which did not provide the customer with the ability to provide specific nutrients to each room. The customer would have to flush out the system with each nutrient change which would have cause a lot of water waste. The solution was to build a 10 feed manifold in the irrigation room then run each line to the rooms.
