Scope Of Work
Preconstruction and construction services for a Belmont Village Senior Living project located on Union Avenue in San Jose, California. This project consists of a new four-story, 125,300 SF, 152-unit, Type I-B on grade, concrete building on an existing 3.8-acre lot.
The new building will be an elder residential memory care and assisted living facility with ground floor spaces, including dining and kitchen facilities, arts and crafts and communal room, multipurpose rooms and offices. Exterior spaces include a centralized courtyard for residences and their families as well as a garden for memory care residents, car and bike parking and various patios and terraces. The second, third and fourthfloor occupancies include dwelling units and accessory common and utility spaces.
