Scope Of Work
Complete interior remodel of room 109 in the Reef Tower, and room 307 in the Seas Building. The scope includes the demolition of all existing finishes and installation of new finishes. The finishes include framing, light weight concrete, rough carpentry, doors, tile, floor coverings, window treatments, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
