Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil is providing preconstruction and construction services for the new 116,200 SF assisted living facility. It consists of a 93 unit, two- and three-story community situated on a one-acre site with an underground parking garage. The Architecture respects the early California Craftsman style, which prevailed in Orange during the 1950s.
