Scope Of Work
The Postmark is a suburban community 10 miles of Downtown Seattle. The Project will include 243 apartment units in two five-story buildings above a two level below-grade parking structure.
Cross-laminated timber (CLT) will be utilized as the floor slab above the transfer decks and for the roof structure. A freestanding clubhouse will be provided at the podium level between the residential towers in the courtyard. Resident amenities will include a gym, resident lounge, and BBQ and fire pit areas within an outdoor courtyard.
