Scope Of Work
Client bought this home in 1998. The home was designed and built by a Spec. Builder with low grade details and materials. The Client hired me to make this home stand out with European Influences. We remodeled the exterior facade with a face lift and new landscaping. This house was a challenge based on the existing Architecture. We added mill work to enhance the style , added black shutters, European gutters and conductors to enhance the facade. We redesigned the front entry with more mill work and a Custom front door which I feel changed the Entry dramatically. We cleaned off the stone facade and re- grouted with a gray color. The rear facade we added a new custom Trellis while extending the existing deck. I designed the wrought iron railing which just tied in the whole design. We designed a detached guest house to match the main house which rivals any top hotel suite with a boutique kitchen. The new landscaping further enhanced the homes, now upscale styling. The client wanted a more European look which is definitely shown with the new custom pool and spa. The client sparred no expense with the custom mosaic tile which was installed and designed by Vita Nova who also designed all the mosaic floors in the Bellagio Hotel in Vegas. The back yard is spectacular. View the dramatic change with the Before and After photos.
